I've found this new programm for Windows Mobile phones.

Monikker`s team has just finished developing a new program for Windows Mobile 5/6 phones and PDAs
and are looking for people who are willing to test it out and give us some feedback.
It lets you do two main things:
- change your phone's ringtone to a multimedia ringtone - ie. images and animations as well as sounds.
- pick a multimedia ringtone for calls you make to other users (ie. others with the program on their phone). They see it when you call them.
And a few more things as well.
Monikker`s team has been developing it some time and it's pretty solid but we need to locate remaining bugs and also get feedback on usability.
It's been tested on about 15 different Windows Mobiles phones and PDAs but there are hundreds out there that we don't own.
